Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch:
You may cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details. -
After Dispatch:
Once the order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be processed. In such cases, you may proceed with a return under our 15-day return policy after the product is delivered.
Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only for orders cancelled before dispatch or in cases of manufacturing defects reported within 15 days of delivery. -

Deductions:
