Order Cancellation

• Before Dispatch:
  You may cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details.

• After Dispatch:
  Once the order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be processed. In such cases, you may proceed with a return under our 15-day return policy after the product is delivered.

Refund Policy

• Eligibility for Refund:
  Refunds are processed only for orders cancelled before dispatch or in cases of manufacturing defects reported within 15 days of delivery.

• Refund Timeline:
  Approved refunds will be initiated within 7 working days of confirmation, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method.

• Deductions:

  • Any applicable shipping, insurance, or transaction charges will be deducted from the refund.

  • In the case of returns, deductions will also include any making charges and discounts applied at the time of purchase, as described in our Exchange and Buyback policy.

• Non-Refundable Items:
  Customized, engraved, or personalized products are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
